E cco, il tuo servo ha trovato grazia agli occhi tuoi e tu hai usato grande misericordia verso di me, salvandomi la vita; ma io non riuscirò a raggiungere il monte prima che il disastro mi sopraggiunga ed io perisca.

Indeed now, your servant has found favor in your sight, and you have increased your mercy which you have shown me by saving my life; but I cannot escape to the mountains, lest some evil overtake me and I die.
