R eunid ante mí a todos los ancianos de vuestras tribus y a vuestros oficiales, para que hable estas palabras a sus oídos, y ponga a los cielos y a la tierra como testigos en su contra.

Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes and your officers, and I shall speak these words in their ears and call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against them.
