E ntonces Jesús, llamando junto a sí a sus discípulos, les dijo: Tengo compasión de la multitud, porque hace ya tres días que están conmigo y no tienen qué comer; y no quiero despedirlos sin comer, no sea que desfallezcan en el camino.

Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.
