Números 23:7 ~ Numbers 23:7

Y comenzó su profecía, y dijo: Desde Aram me ha traído Balac, rey de Moab, desde los montes del oriente: “Ven, y maldíceme a Jacob; ven, y condena a Israel.”

And he took up his parable, and said, Balak the king of Moab hath brought me from Aram, out of the mountains of the east, saying, Come, curse me Jacob, and come, defy Israel.
