Y si la familia de Egipto no sube ni viene, entonces sobre ellos no habrá lluvia; será la plaga con la cual el Señor herirá a las naciones que no suban a celebrar la fiesta de los Tabernáculos.

If the family of Egypt does not go up to worship, then they will have no rain. The Lord will punish them as He punishes the nations that do not go up to keep the Special Supper of Tents.
