C on cuerdas humanas los conduje, con lazos de amor, y fui para ellos como quien alza el yugo de sobre sus quijadas; me incliné y les di de comer.

I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love; and I was to them as they that lift up the yoke on their jaws; and I laid food before them.
