C uando emite su voz, hay tumulto de aguas en los cielos, y hace subir las nubes desde los confines de la tierra. El produce los relámpagos para la lluvia, y saca el viento de sus depósitos.

At the voice He giveth forth, A multitude of waters in the heavens, And He causeth vapours to come up from the end of the earth, Lightnings for rain He hath made, And He bringeth out wind from His treasures.
