E xtranjeros edificarán tus murallas, y sus reyes te servirán; porque en mi furor te herí, pero en mi benevolencia he tenido compasión de ti.

And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall serve thee; for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my good favour I shall have mercy on thee.
