¿ No es esto lo que te hablamos en Egipto, diciendo: “Déjanos, para que sirvamos a los egipcios”? Porque mejor nos hubiera sido servir a los egipcios que morir en el desierto.

Is not this what we told thee in Egypt, when we said, Let us alone, and we will serve the Egyptians? For better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the wilderness.
