Esdras 4:12 ~ Ezra 4:12

s epa el rey que los judíos que subieron de ti han venido a nosotros en Jerusalén; están reedificando la ciudad rebelde y perversa, y están terminando las murallas y reparando los cimientos.

Be it known unto the king, that the Jews that came up from thee are come to us unto Jerusalem; they are building the rebellious and the bad city, and have finished the walls, and repaired the foundations.
