P orque nuestros padres han sido infieles y han hecho lo malo ante los ojos del Señor nuestro Dios, le han abandonado, han apartado sus rostros de la morada del Señor y le han vuelto las espaldas.

For our fathers have trespassed, and done that which was evil in Yahweh our God’s sight, and have forsaken him, and have turned away their faces from the habitation of Yahweh, and turned their backs.
