E l total de los que fueron escogidos para porteros en los umbrales era de doscientos doce. Estos fueron inscritos por genealogía en sus aldeas, a los cuales David y el vidente Samuel pusieron en sus puestos de confianza.

All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve when they were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel, the seer, ordained in their set office.
