J osías también quitó los médium y los espiritistas, los ídolos domésticos y los otros ídolos, y todas las abominaciones que se veían en la tierra de Judá y en Jerusalén, con el fin de confirmar las palabras de la ley que estaban escritas en el libro que el sacerdote Hilcías había hallado en la casa del Señor.

Moreover Josiah removed those who had familiar spirits, the wizards, and the teraphim, and the idols, and all the abominations that were seen in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, that he might confirm the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in Yahweh’s house.
