E ntonces hablaron al rey de Asiria, diciendo: Las naciones que has llevado al destierro a las ciudades de Samaria, no conocen la costumbre del dios de la tierra; por eso él ha enviado leones entre ellos, y he aquí, los leones los matan porque ellos no conocen la costumbre del dios de la tierra.

So the king of Assyria was told: The nations you removed and placed in the cities of Samaria do not know the manner in which the God of the land requires their worship. Therefore He has sent lions among them, and behold, they are killing them, because they do not know the manner of the God of the land.
