T hat this shall be no grief unto thee, nor offence of heart unto my lord, either that thou hast shed blood causeless, or that my lord hath avenged himself: but when the Lord shall have dealt well with my lord, then remember thine handmaid.

questa cosa non sarà un dolore per te ne un rimorso al cuore del mio signore: l'avere cioè sparso del sangue senza motivo e l'essersi fatto giustizia da sé ma quando l'Eterno avrà fatto del bene al mio signore, ricordati della tua serva».
