T herefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.

І підбіг Давид, і став на филистимлянина, і вихопив його меча, і витяг його з його піхви, та й убив його, відтяв ним йому голову! І побачили филистимляни, що помер їх силач, і стали втікати!
