T hen Jael Heber's wife took a nail of the tent, and took an hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the nail into his temples, and fastened it into the ground: for he was fast asleep and weary. So he died.

西 西 拉 疲 乏 沉 睡 。 希 百 的 妻 雅 亿 取 了 帐 棚 的 橛 子 ， 手 里 拿 着 锤 子 ， 轻 悄 悄 地 到 他 旁 边 ， 将 橛 子 从 他 鬓 边 钉 进 去 ， 钉 入 地 里 。 西 西 拉 就 死 了 。
