T herefore they turned their backs before the men of Israel unto the way of the wilderness; but the battle overtook them; and them which came out of the cities they destroyed in the midst of them.

Au dat dosul înaintea bărbaţilor lui Israel, şi au fugit pe calea care duce în pustie., Dar năvălitorii s'au luat după ei, iar pe cei ce ieşiseră din cetate i-au culcat la pămînt, căci îi prinseseră la mijloc.
