A nd when the men of Israel retired in the battle, Benjamin began to smite and kill of the men of Israel about thirty persons: for they said, Surely they are smitten down before us, as in the first battle.

Gli uomini d’Israele avevano dunque voltato le spalle nel combattimento; e quelli di Beniamino avevano cominciato a colpire e uccidere circa trenta uomini d’Israele. Essi dicevano: «Certo, li abbiamo sconfitti come nella prima battaglia!»
