A nd Adonibezek said, Threescore and ten kings, having their thumbs and their great toes cut off, gathered their meat under my table: as I have done, so God hath requited me. And they brought him to Jerusalem, and there he died.

Atunci Adoni-Bezek a zis: „Şaptezeci de regi cu degetele cele mari de la mâini şi de la picioare tăiate, au fost folosiţi să adune firimituri de sub masa mea! După cum am făcut eu, tot aşa mi-a răsplătit şi mie Dumnezeu!“ L-au dus la Ierusalim şi a murit acolo.
