B ut there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

Or vi furono anche dei falsi profeti fra il popolo, come pure vi saranno fra voi dei falsi dottori che introdurranno di nascosto eresie di perdizione e, rinnegando il Padrone che li ha comprati, si attireranno addosso una fulminea distruzione.
