U nderstand therefore, that the Lord thy God giveth thee not this good land to possess it for thy righteousness; for thou art a stiffnecked people.

فاعلَمُوا أنَّ إلهَكُمْ لَنْ يُعْطِيَكُمُ الأرْضَ لِتَمتَلِكُوها بِفَضلِ بِرِّكُمْ، فَأنْتُمْ شَعبٌ عَنِيدٌ وَمُتَمَرِّدٌ. تَذكيرٌ بغَضَبِ الله
