K eep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

Vocês devem obedecer-lhes e cumpri-los, pois assim os outros povos verão a sabedoria e o discernimento de vocês. Quando eles ouvirem todos estes decretos dirão: ‘De fato esta grande nação é um povo sábio e inteligente’.
