Deuteronomy 19:10 ~ Deuteronomy 19:10

T hat innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.

So the person without guilt will not be put to death in the land the Lord your God gives you as a gift. And you will not be guilty of blood.
