F or these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the Lord thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

Porque estas nações, que hás de possuir, ouvem os prognosticadores e os advinhadores; porém, quanto a ti, o Senhor teu Deus não te permitiu tal coisa.
