Deuteronomy 16:19 ~ ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 16:19

T hou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

لا تُشَوِّهُوا الحُكمَ العادِلَ، وَلا تُحابُوا وَلا تُمَيِّزُوا بَينَ النّاسِ. «لا تَقبَلُوا رِشوَةً. فَهِيَ تُعمِي عُيُونَ الحُكَماءِ، وَتَجعَلُ أقوالَ الصّالِحِينَ مُلتَوِيَةً.
