H owbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.

Însă nu toţi au cunoaşterea aceasta. Unii, fiind până acum atât de obişnuiţi cu idolii, mănâncă un lucru ca fiind jertfit idolilor şi astfel conştiinţa lor, fiind slabă, este pângărită.
