L et every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Orice persoană trebuie să se supună autorităţilor, pentru că nu există nici o autoritate care să nu fi fost instituită de Dumnezeu. Autorităţile care există au fost instituite de Dumnezeu.
