S erving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews:

وَقَدْ خَدَمتُ الرَّبَّ بِكُلِّ تَواضُعٍ وَدُمُوعٍ. خَدَمتُهُ عَبرَ التَّجارِبِ الكَثِيرَةِ الَّتِي أصابَتنِي بِسَبَبِ مُؤامَراتِ اليَهُودِ.
