A nd the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath's sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her.

فَحَزِنَ المَلِكُ جِدّاً، لَكِنَّهُ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أنْ يَرْفُضَ طَلَبَها بِسَبَبِ قَسَمِهِ، وَاحْتِراماً لِضُيُوفِهِ.
