T hen came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?

ثُمَّ اقتَرَبَ إلَيهِ تَلامِيذُ يُوحَنّا، وَسَألُوهُ: «لِماذا نَصُومُ نَحنُ وَالفِرِّيسِيُّونَ كَثِيراً، أمّا تَلامِيذُكَ فَلا يَصُومُونَ؟»
