T hese six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither.

Estas seis cidades serão por refúgio aos filhos de Israel, ao estrangeiro, e ao peregrino no meio deles, para que se refugie ali todo aquele que tiver matado alguém involuntariamente.
