B ut if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

Se chi ha fatto il voto è troppo povero per pagare la somma fissata da te, lo si farà presentare al sacerdote, il quale lo tasserà. Il sacerdote farà una stima, in proporzione dei mezzi di colui che ha fatto il voto.
