T herefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.

وَلِذَلِكَ أقُولُ لَكُمْ يا بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ: لا يَأكُلُ أحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ دَماً، وَلا يَأكُلُ أيُّ غَرِيبٍ يَعِيشُ بَينَكُمْ دَماً.
