E phraim compasseth me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit: but Judah yet ruleth with God, and is faithful with the saints.

以 法 蓮 用 謊 話 ， 以 色 列 家 用 詭 計 圍 繞 我 ； 猶 大 卻 靠 神 掌 權 ， 向 聖 者 有 忠 心 （ 或 譯 ： 猶 大 向 神 ， 向 誠 實 的 聖 者 猶 疑 不 定 ） 。
