T hen these men assembled unto the king, and said unto the king, Know, O king, that the law of the Medes and Persians is, That no decree nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed.

Ma quegli uomini vennero tumultuosamente dal re e gli dissero: «Sappi, o re, che la legge dei Medi e dei Persiani vuole che nessun divieto o decreto promulgato dal re venga mutato».
