A nd I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord God.

Compirò la mia vendetta su Edom per mezzo del mio popolo d'Israele, che tratterà Edom secondo la mia ira e secondo il mio furore; cosí essi conosceranno la mia vendetta» dice il Signore, l'Eterno.
