T herefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast forgotten me, and cast me behind thy back, therefore bear thou also thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.

Perciò cosí dice il Signore, l'Eterno: «Poiché mi hai dimenticato e mi hai gettato dietro le spalle, porterai anche tu la pena della tua dissolutezza e delle tue prostituzioni».
