T hus saith the Lord God; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high.

(021-31) cosi dice il Signore, l'Eterno: «Deponi il turbante, togliti la corona; le cose non saranno piú le stesse: ciò che è basso sarà innalzato e ciò che è alto sarà abbassato.
