A nd upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

Unë do të sjell kundër Elamit katër erërat nga katër skajet e qiellit; do ta shpërndaj në drejtim të të gjitha erërave dhe nuk do të ketë komb ku të mos arrijnë ikanakët e Elamit.
