I s not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Sow kanu ma aha soonkii aan doortay in silsiladihii sharnimada la furo, oo guntimihii harqoodka la debciyo, oo kuwa la dulmay la xoreeyo, oo aad harqood kasta jebisaan?
