T hou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.

As the heat in a dry land You will bring down the noise of aliens; and as the heat is brought low by the shadow of a cloud, so the song of the ruthless ones is brought low.
