B ut if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.

Dar, dacă se ştia că boul obişnuieşte să împungă şi proprietarul său a fost avertizat, însă nu l-a închis, atunci, în momentul în care boul va omorî un bărbat sau o femeie, acesta să fie omorât cu pietre, iar proprietarul său să fie pedepsit cu moartea.
