A nd mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

Muntele Sinai era acoperit cu fum, pentru că Domnul S-a coborât pe el în foc. Fumul se înălţa ca fumul unui cuptor şi tot muntele se cutremura cu putere.
