L et darkness and the shadow of death stain it; let a cloud dwell upon it; let the blackness of the day terrify it.

لَيْتَ الظُّلمَةَ وَعَتْمَةَ المَوتِ اشْتَرَياهُ. وَلَيْتَ السُّحُبَ الكَثِيفَةَ خَيَّمَتْ فَوقَهُ، وَغَمَرَتْهُ ظُلُماتُ الخُسُوفِ.
