A nd Esther spake yet again before the king, and fell down at his feet, and besought him with tears to put away the mischief of Haman the Agagite, and his device that he had devised against the Jews.

Apoi Estera s-a dus din nou înaintea împăratului şi i-a vorbit. A căzut la picioarele lui, a plâns şi a implorat mila lui, pentru a opri răul adus de agaghitul Haman şi planul acestuia cu privire la iudei.
