B ecause they met not the children of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, that he should curse them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing.

perché non erano venuti incontro ai figli d'Israele con pane e acqua e perchè avevano assoldato contro di loro Balaam, per maledirli; ma il nostro DIO cambiò la maledizione in benedizione.
