A nd there are gathered unto him vain men, the children of Belial, and have strengthened themselves against Rehoboam the son of Solomon, when Rehoboam was young and tenderhearted, and could not withstand them.

Attorno a lui si sono radunati uomini spregevoli, dei farabutti, che si sono fatti forti contro Roboamo, figlio di Salomone, quando Roboamo era giovane e inesperto, e non era forte abbastanza da resistere loro.
