N evertheless the king's word prevailed against Joab. Wherefore Joab departed, and went throughout all Israel, and came to Jerusalem.

Mas el mandamiento del rey pudo más que Joab. Salió por tanto Joab, y fué por todo Israel; y volvió á Jerusalem, y dió la cuenta del número del pueblo á David.
