T he sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: which three were born unto him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the Lord; and he slew him.

Los hijos de Judá fueron Er, Onán y Sela. Estos tres hijos los tuvo con la hija de Súa, su mujer cananea. Como Er, que era el primogénito de Judá, fue malo delante del Señor, el Señor le quitó la vida.
